Russell comments on the elimination Posse Comitatus Act and the Insurrection Act which substantially limit the powers of the federal government to use the military for law enforcement. Also, he shares his views on the continued militarization of U.S. politics and the inability of the U.S. to EVER have a respected, workable foreign policy until the American Indian is justly dealt with.
